Mr Wei is an accomplished global supply chain specialist with over 20 years of performance results. He is a strategic thinker with a wealth of problem solving experience in global supply chain management, strategic sourcing and manufacturing operations.  He has demonstrated significant P&L improvements and supply chain productivity in a variety of industries including high precision technology,  healthcare PCB assembly,  Gaming, and leisure industries.

After joining Carbonix’s team, John implemented “best in class” strategic sourcing, costing optimization, logistics, and materials management practices and provided extensive support to our fast paced R&D and Production team.  His passion and enthusiasm provides a firm support to accommodate Carbonix’s high speed growth and expansion in years to come.  

John has a Bachelor Degree of Engineering, and Six Sigma certified. In his earlier career, John has led complex international outsourcing projects and saved millions on costing.
