Local Maintenance and Service Plans
Carbonix UAVs all come with detailed maintenance plans for customers to follow, to ensure they get the most use from their drone operations.

- Pre- and post-flight checklists during operations
- Visual inspections
- Sensor diagnostics
- Battery health monitoring
For customers in Australia, we recommend customers to have their Carbonix UAV serviced by a Carbonix technician every 2,000 flight hours. For customers outside Australia, maintenance contracts are provided by Robotic Skies.
Carbonix can also provide a range of technical assistance ranging from:
- Mission planning support
- Damage assessments
- Avionics diagnostics
- Flight log monitoring
We provide this support on the phone or via email between 9am-5pm / Mon-Fri / EST. For customer support costs, please see the price list attached.
Spare Parts and Emergency Repairs
Customers can purchase individual spare parts or the entire kit at any time. Because of the modularity of Carbonix drones, customers can pre-purchase spare wings, tails, nose cones and landing gear for immediate in-field fittings.
Carbonix and Robotic Skies can also provide a range of emergency repair options either on a customer site, or in our workshop. Each of these would be quoted on at the time of the request:
- In-house repair work, assessed each time
- Onsite maintenance checks, on request
- Offsite damage assessments
- Troubleshooting consultancy (for non-system related issues)
